We unconditionally guarantee every piece of wood we sell. We want you to be happy with your purchase! For that reason, we carefully inspect each piece before shipping to ensure that it meets the highest standards of quality.
Because wood is a natural product, there are unique variations from one piece to the next. You may see knots, burling, wormholes, flaming and irregular grain. Most woodturners value these characteristics, as they enhance the natural texture of the finished piece.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with wood you receive from us, please notify us and return it within 30 days of your purchase, and we will be happy to either issue a replacement or provide a refund. (You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the piece to us.)
Please note that Madrone wood has a naturally high moisture content, and we cannot guarantee it against warping or cracking. It is likely to do so.
We will do everything we can to make sure that you are pleased with your purchase from North Woods. We seek to provide nothing less than total satisfaction for you!
